Join BNP Paribas Fortis and contribute to a major Financial Security transformation programme that supports the bank's integrity and compliance. As co-leader of the KYC (Know Your Customer) workstream, you’ll help drive essential improvements across teams and departments.
Your responsibilities:
- Co-lead the KYC workstream within the Financial Security Consolidation (FSC) Programme, working closely with a team of experts to strengthen the bank’s safeguards against financial crime.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders across the bank to define action plans that address identified risks - guiding them, constructively challenging their proposals, and ensuring steady follow-up.
- Analyse existing processes related to Financial Security to ensure they comply with both local and international banking rules.
- Support teams in implementing recommendations made by the Group’s internal audit (Inspection Générale), helping them translate feedback into real improvements.
- Report regularly to senior leadership through clear and structured updates during the FSC operational committees, held every two weeks.
- Document all risk remediation steps to ensure full transparency and traceability — essential for regulatory reviews and audits.

YOUR TALENTS AND COMPETENCES

- Strong organisational and project management skills, with a structured approach to planning and meeting deadlines.
- A sharp analytical eye, capable of stepping back to assess situations critically and identify meaningful improvements.
- Proactive attitude — anticipating needs, taking initiative, and delivering practical solutions without waiting to be asked.
- Solid understanding of compliance or risk management, ideally with at least three years of relevant experience (particularly in Financial Security).
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written; basic spoken French or Dutch is also expected.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
