People Analytics is the AI & Analytics center of expertise for HR. Our goal is to support HR teams in leveraging data to help strategically manage activities and improve employee experience. To achieve this, People Analytics use a AI & Analytics platforms for data processing, visualization and AI. People Analytics offers analyses, dashboards, predictive models, and digital solutions that meet the needs of senior management, HR teams, and business units.
Within People Analytics, you will join a dynamic and multidisciplinary team of about forty collaborators, working in Paris and Lisbon in an agile mode. You will work with other data experts (including data quality analysts, data analysts, data engineers & data scientists) and will be in constant contact with other HR experts.
Your Main Activities Are
As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for HR analytical products (analysis notes, analytical tools, strategic indicators) that allow tracking and analyzing trends in the workforce and monitoring our Learning & development actions of the BNP Paribas group. You must ensure that the customer value of the products is constantly, frequently, and sustainably maximized.
To do this:
- You will embody and build the product vision, aligned with strategic directions and the expectations of the Sponsors with whom you will work directly.
- You will manage and be responsible for analytical products in their entirety, from their functional design to final deliverables.
- You will be responsible for the Backlog, defining, designing, prioritizing, and expressing needs to the realization team (Data analysts, Data engineers, Data quality analyst, Data project manager) with whom you will work closely an agile mode;
- You will coordinate and align with the stakeholders involved in decision-making;
- You will listen to evolving customer needs and ensure the satisfaction of the end user (HR Business Partner/Managers/Senior Management) by gathering needs and collecting feedback from the Sponsors;
- You will ensure the delivery of trustworthy products (Personal data protection, Security, Robustness and reliability, Ethics) in connection with the teams in charge of data management, and maintain a continuous improvement dynamic.
YOUR TEAM / WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This position is to be filled within the People Analytics team at Group HR;
You will join a dynamic and multidisciplinary team of about forty collaborators, working in an agile mode with all the AI&Analytics experts (Data Analyst, Data Engineer, AI Business Analyst, Data project manager, Data Scientist, Data quality analyst, Product Owner…), and will be in contact with other HR department collaborators.

Profile and Skills to Success
- With a scientific background, you have at least seven years of experience as an analyst, consultant in a quantitative-oriented position;
- Pedagogically, you are able to listen and understand customer needs, manage data projects, and communicate your statistical analyses and results clearly and intelligibly to different stakeholders, both in writing and orally, adapting to the expected technical levels of your interlocutors;
- You have experience in data mining, modeling, and data visualization;
- Finally, we attach particular importance to our future collaborators acting with responsibility and professional ethics daily.
