Private Capital Operational AI Solutions Specialist
Responsibilities:
• Manages the operational tasks of robotics solutions, ensures stability and functionality post-updates, conducts demonstrations, liaises with stakeholders, and optimizes processes.
• Monitors, performs, and verifies operational tasks according to procedures
• Ensures the stability and functionality of robotics solutions following releases and updates, troubleshoots and resolves issues as they arise.
• Conducts live demonstrations for clients and internal teams to showcase the capabilities and functionalities of robotics solutions.
• Liaises with stakeholders to provide regular updates on project status and manages escalations promptly and effectively.
• Manages and updates tracker tickets in our internal system (JIRA)
• Participates in training data models for deployment across various global locations, ensures consistency and accuracy in implementation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in operations, client communication and client support environment
- Experience in Securities Services or Investment Fund industry
- Fluent in English
- Spanish nice to have
- Active listening and negotiations skills
- Excellent organizational & communication skills
- Stress resistance and ability to work under deadlines
