About the job

  • The Partners for Projects (P4P) Senior Consultant`s main mission is to cover the full project value chain from framing, diagnosis and delivery of pragmatic recommendations to designing effective implementation and enabling change 
  • The P4P Senior Consultant is also responsible for managing end-to-end projects, such as, Front-to-Operations-to-IT-to-Finance projects, providing support to BNP Paribas Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) Management, both locally and at Group level

Your Main Activities Are

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Sponsor by managing and developing a solid working relationship in order to understand and solve important challenges, stakes and objectives 
  • Develop network and intimacy with clients and stakeholders building upon credibility and reliability, while promoting P4P and enhancing the brand`s image 
  • Take full ownership and leadership to structure and manage complex projects, while ensuring the highest quality work and delivering breakthrough results
  • Lead clients meetings and workshops preparing decision-making material for senior executives within Global Banking ecosystem to be discussed during operational and steering committees
  • Contribute to generate a positive, collaborative and motivating spirit within the team, and develop game-changing ideas

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Master’s degree in Business Management, finance and economics
  • At least 5 years of experience in Transformation and Continuous Improvement or Project Management and Consulting
  • Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools, particularly Excel and Power Point
  • Proficiency in Lean and Six Sigma Framework
  • Collaborative mindset, with proactivity to tackle challenging problems
  • Ability to cope with pressure and short deadlines with great analytical skills

 About the Team 

  • The P4P team is an internal management consultancy and transformation team within the  Global Banking métier, with stakeholders interactions in Paris and globally across Global Banking
  • The team manages a project portfolio with a global reach of impactful missions ranging from supporting Global Banking transformation on business growth, organisational re-design, operating model, operational excellence and ESG in order to drive innovation
