Talent Attraction & Employer Branding Intern

Main responsibilities:

  • Apprenticeship Programme Management – design, promote, and coordinate the company’s apprenticeship tracks, ensuring timelines, mentor assignments, etc.
  • Internship Recruitment – source, screen, interview, and select candidates for internship positions; act as the primary point of contact for applicants throughout the process. Supplier management Nube.
  • University Relations – build universities and career‑service offices; organise campus events, career‑fairs, and information sessions; keep the university pipeline refreshed with relevant opportunities.
  • Junior‑Position End‑to‑End Hiring – drive the full recruitment lifecycle for entry‑level roles, from job‑posting and candidate outreach to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Admission & Onboarding Communications – coordinate with HR operations to guarantee a smooth first‑day experience for new hires.
  • Payments - assistance in payments. 

Position Requirements:

  • Master's Degree - Expected graduation ≤ 2027
  • Advanced in English will be a plus
  • Fundamentals of recruitment, employer branding, and talent attraction
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Project‑management basics (timeline & task tracking)
  • Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) 
  • Basic HR analytics (report generation, metric interpretation)
