Position Purpose
As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for building and managing the data architecture and infrastructure required for the process mining projects. Your role will involve designing data models, ensuring data quality, and implementing connectivity for data loading and transformation.
Responsibilities
As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Participating and assisting in the definition and setup of the list of KPI and dashboards.
- Proposing and building data models and technical solutions based on chosen scope and data sets in accordance with the Project charter and business needs.
- Implementing clean and well-organized datasets.
- Building and running ML models on AI workbench.
- Performing data quality control during the development of data flows and ensuring complete and comprehensive documentation.
- Following up on new methods, technologies, and market trends in Data Science (Python, etc.).
- Ensuring continuous improvement and necessary modifications in data flows.
- Ensuring training and knowledge sharing across the teams.
- Providing technical support for the team.
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
Experience (5 years) and expertise in Project Technical Implementation as a Solution Architect / DBA / IT Project Manager
- Technical background (Solution Architect /DBA) with strong data analytics reporting and data management technical skills. Experience in integration, extractors /connection creation.
- Expertise in process mining:
- Query, dashboard, and data modeling experience
- SQL, Python skills and expertise
- Data-driven and proficient in data visualization/BI tools
- Prior experience in process mining data modeling in any tool, preferably Celonis is an asset
- Additional education and handover will be provided.
- Significant experience in data management
- Strong motivation for transformation, digital tech, process change, efficiency
- Capacity to manage complex topics with solution mindset
- Strong analytical, technical and problem solving skills
- Willing to learn (technologies, methods) and to develop new skills
- Knowledge of data modelling and data pipeline design
