Kierownik/ Kierowniczka ds. Infrastruktury IT

Main responsibilities are as follows: 

• Develop and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure business continuity,
• Optimize service levels for assigned IT systems and ensure compliance with agreed standards,
• Coordinate resolution of service requests, incidents, and problems, including management of related logs,
• Lead and manage the production support team (Level 1 support),
• Manage teams of specialists in networks, systems, and databases, as well as coordinate external partners,
• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and performance management for direct reports,
• Oversee implementation activities including design, deployment, and documentation,
• Manage infrastructure security processes and ensure compliance with internal policies,
• Define and monitor internal and external SLAs,
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external clients.

Candidate profile:

• Proven experience in building and managing teams responsible for IT infrastructure operations in companies with corporate structure,
• Strong professional experience in project management and service delivery,
• Significant experience in team leadership and people management,
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and organize tasks effectively in a complex corporate environment,
• Experience in managing IT budgets and optimizing infrastructure resource usage,
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving orientation,
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical experts and business stakeholders,
• Good understanding of IT service delivery and SLA management,
• Solid knowledge of core networking technologies: LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, routing, switching
• Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies, especially VMware
• Working knowledge of VOIP/SIP protocols
• Proficiency in operating systems: Linux/Unix and Microsoft Windows
• Experience in ensuring IT service security and compliance
• University degree in IT, electronics, telecommunications or a related field
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across teams
• Fluent in Polish and English, French is a plus,
• Ability to multitask and remain effective under pressure

The role is located in Warsaw, in the headquarters of Leasing Solutions Poland.
