Position Purpose
Service Management & Governance for ISPL ITG Fortis.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
· Budget management & tracking
· Preparing SteerCo decks for teams within ITG Ops
· Service Management (SLA Adherence, KPIs,…)
· Process Controls
· Coordinating with Support functions (OPC, BCM…)
· Follow-up on Audits
· Business Continuity
· Helping with Recruitment activities
· Driving initiatives
· ADHOC Activities.
Contributing Responsibilities
· Control and manage budget and maintain the repository UpToDate.
· Working on different steerco decks and should be error less. Should be good at citation and good write up skills.
· Work with different team at ISPL on controls initiative taken. Should make sure to adhere to it.
· Coordinating with OPC and BCM team. Should make sure data is maintained upto date.
· Assist in recruitment and maintain the recruitment tracker up to date.
· To make sure all the control applied from audit perspective.
· Yearly updates of document and maintain the accessible tracker.
· Manage end-to-end technology infrastructure services relative to Delivery, Quality, and Cost.
· Review sourcing and supply strategies, including overall management of external vendors and internal service providers against contractual commitments.
· Financial Management - Manage service budget
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
· Should be good in MS Excel, Powerpoint.

· Good experience on Service Management & ITIL Processes
