Position Purpose 

Job Summary 

Functionally reporting to the Head of Digital, Data, Dataviz and flows domain within BNPP Real Estate Solutions Engineering department, the position intervene within Data team and aims to reinforce the team with Tableau skills.  

The Senior Tableau developer will cover the following tasks:  

• Maintenance and evolution of SQL scripts
• Implementation of Tableau optimized modeling
• Development of evolution requests on those reports requested by the business
• Support and manage incidents in different environments
• Administrate access rights and normalize access policy on the platform
• Production of documentations, data dictionary and training materials

Responsibilities 

Direct Responsibilities 

• Design and develop Tableau reports and dashboards
• Work in an agile environment
• Provide support and help the team's junior developers to grow technically.
• Participate in agile rituals in an organization on the way to be "agile at scale", 
• Interact and contribute with our Tableau developer’s communities and more broadly of the IT sector within BNPP Paribas worldwide

Technical & Behavioral Competencies 

Business and/or Technical skills: 

• Expert in Tableau and good knowledge of SQL
• Expert in Tableau reports and dashboards (in particular based on maps)
• Significative experience with DevOps technologies (CI/CD, GitLab and/or GitHub, etc.) 
• To be fine-tuned during implementation phase
• Good knowledge of other dataviz tools (ex: Cognos)
