Job Description:
The Infrastructure Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing all the Poland subsidiary's IT systems and technological infrastructure. As BNP PARIBAS group aims to accelerate its transformation, this position will address new challenges related on organization, compliance and data management while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Main responsibilities are as follows:
- Proven experience in building and managing teams responsible for IT infrastructure operations in companies with corporate structure
- Ensure the availability, performance, and security of technological assets based on group standards
- Coordinate resolution of service requests, incidents, and problems, including management of related logs
- Lead and/or contribute to projects related to the business, while ensuring client satisfaction
- Manage teams of specialists in networks, systems, and databases, as well as coordinate external partners
- Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and performance management
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and networks
- Manage infrastructure security processes and ensure compliance with group policies
- Contribute to support and deploy the group IT strategy in all its dimensions such as organization, cloud adoption and regulatory compliance
- Report to Leasing Solutions IT Corporate on a regular basis

Mandatory Skills

- Proven experience in building and managing IT infrastructure teams within a corporate environment
- Strong background in project management and IT service delivery
- Solid leadership and people management capabilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
- Ability to solve complex technical issues and make quick decisions
- Knowledge of IT security standards and compliance practices
- Experience managing IT budgets and optimizing infrastructure resources
- Fluent in English and Polish
Preferred Skills
These are highly desirable and will give candidates a competitive edge.
- Working knowledge of VOIP/SIP protocols, virtualization technologies, and cloud environments
- Familiarity with IT service delivery models and SLA management
- Proficiency in operating systems: Linux and Microsoft Windows
- University degree in IT, electronics, telecommunications, or a related field
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across teams
Nice to Have
These skills are not required but would be considered a valuable bonus.
- Fluency in French
- Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or equivalent
- Experience in international or multi-subsidiary environments
- Exposure to digital transformation initiatives or cloud adoption programs
