IT Director

Main responsibilities are as follows: 

• IT Infrastructure and IT Development teams management,
• Development of the company's efficiency based on advanced technologies and tools, 
• Proactive delivery of IT tools and services at a level enabling the achievement of business goals (a.o. automation and digitization of the organization),
• Asset management to maintain business continuity and technological development of the company,
• Creating, monitoring and implementing the IT budget in accordance with the plan, 
• Operational management of IT security in accordance with group standards,
• Maintaining and developing cooperation and relationships with key service providers and recipients,
• Providing the necessary reports and analyses (cyclical and ad-hoc) required by the Group and the internal client.

Candidate profile:

• Significant management experience in an IT environment in financial services (bank, leasing, consumer finance, insurance), in companies with corporate structure,
• Sound working knowledge of IT operations, systems and developments,
• Proven experience in managing projects and overseeing operational expenses, including budget execution,
• Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of corporate strategy and the ability to align actions with organizational goals,
• Experience in service delivery and SLA management,
• Hands-on management experience with compact teams, ensuring close collaboration and effective oversight,
• Strong leadership and project management skills,
• Higher education in computer science or a related field,
• Fluent in Polish and English, French is a plus,
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• Ability to drive change.

The role is located in Warsaw, in the headquarters of Leasing Solutions Poland.
