IT Business Analyst - TA Engineering
Responsibilities:
- Translating the business requirements into functional specifications (elements of system design)
- Communicate effectively with business and developers, facilitate team interaction
- Manage change requests related to project plans to ensure commitment to agreed deadlines
- Provide effective and informative progress evaluations in terms of outstanding milestones, current status, resource requirements, issues, risks and dependencies
- Designing and executing test scenarios
- Ensure that the appropriate documentation is available for the end user and IT Support
- Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes and propose solutions
Requirements:
- Excellent analytical skills, with strong attention to details
- Knowledge of Multifonds Global Investor is required
- Good project management and complex problem-solving skills
- SQL knowledge is an asset
- Self-motivation, proactiveness and ability to work under time pressure
- Communication and presentation skills to audiences of different sizes and levels of seniority
- Fluency in English as working language, French nice to have
