Tasks & Responsibilities: What awaits you
- Collecting, challenging and consolidating data & information from different sources within the organization concerning the scope of Procurement & Purchasing (spend, action plans, savings, PO volumes, organizational information, voice of customer, other statistics etc.)
- Aligning closely with the relevant stakeholders to ensure the delivery of spend data towards the Procurement Function (local, regional and Group) in an accurate & timely manner
- Challenging the data to ensure the reliability and continuous improvement of the data structure and quality of the regional scope within the Group´s Spend Data Warehouse in cooperation with GSS
- Supporting the analyzes of the procurement action plans to identify synergy potentials within the regional scope
- Generation of reports and dashboards using data extraction and data mining from several data sources (e.g. spend, KPI, savings, Action Plan, KPI Entity Report) and regular management dashboards
- Participating in projects within scope of responsibility (e.g. data quality initiatives) in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Supporting the continuous improvement of related processes and tools
Expertise & Soft Skills: What you offer
- Student enrolled in economics or finance
- Experience in data management, analytics, controlling, KPI, performance
- Business and process understanding would be desirable
- Knowledge of MS Office, particularly good Excel skills, Power BI, Macros (VB)
- Results oriented with ability to work independently
- Communication and team ability
- Good English skills in word and writing (ideally good German skills would be an advantage)
