What are your responsibilities?
- Helping drivers to choose their cars or means of transport / transport service
- Monitoring the contract conditions (car policy, framework agreement, etc.)
- Detecting new needs and translating them into Arval products: charging stations, insurance, fuel cards, bicycles, car sharing, etc.
- Answering incoming questions and e-mails in consultation with internal experts (purchasing, insurance, maintenance, etc.) by telephone and e-mail
What are the basic requirements for the position?
- Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent through experience
- Good knowledge of Dutch and French
- Commercial drive
- Hands-on and highly adaptable attitude

- Ability to work independently and acquire the right knowledge and expertise on the job and take the necessary responsibility
