While HR Business Partner will be the HR contact point in close proximity to the contributors to your scope, being willing to advise, listen and support employees throughout their professional careers, so that their experience in the company meets their expectations. 

We highlight the main responsibilities:

  • Carry out the activities of internal mobility, external recruitment and integration of employees in the enterprise or new functions.
  • Follow in close proximity the staff and managers of your perimeter in building each other's career paths by supporting them in identifying their professional interests and expectations and in implementing their development plans in order to enhance job performance and professional development.
  • Identify and accompany high-potential collaborators by implementing specific development programmes aimed at professional development and career development.
  • Implement organisational development activities with regard to the description and analysis of functions, as well as the design, monitoring and assessment of skill profiles, to ensure a sound basis for all HR processes and to adopt a perspective of forward management of functions and competences.
  • Update the system and monitor staff in the use of the performance evaluation system in place in the undertaking.

Are you the one we're looking for?

  • Do you have higher education in Psychology or Human Resources, as well as consolidated experience in similar functions?
  • In previous experiments, have you been closely involved with staff and managers, particularly on issues of professional development, recruitment, identification and management of talent?
  • Are you familiar with human resource techniques and tools such as conducting skills assessment and assessment centers interviews, providing feedback and developing function descriptions?
  • Do you consider yourself an autonomous person with initiative and able to work in constantly changing environments?
  • Do you mind your capacity for communication and interpersonal relationships (at different levels of the Organization)?
  • Do you mind your organizational skills, rigour and attention to detail?
  • Are fluent in Portuguese?
  • Finally, do you have a good command of English?
  • With all this, a lot of will, energy and goodwill, then you're the one we're looking for.
