HR Internship
Responsibilities:
- Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating recruitment processes
- Support in posting job ads and managing candidate applications
- Help maintain HR documentation and employee records
- Participate in onboarding activities for new hires
- Assist in day-to-day HR administrative tasks and data management
- Collaborate with team members on various HR initiatives and projects
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Polish (both written and spoken min C1)
- A student or recent graduate, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
- Availability at least 35 hours per week
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and proactive attitude
- Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word)
