We are looking for a HRBP focused on talent acquisition to join our Nordic team in CIB! In this role you will be the go-to person for managers and employees providing essential support and making a real difference in their employee work experience. You will act as a trusted partner to leaders and employees, providing guidance on people related topics to support the long-term development of the people- and business agendas. You will in addition have a responsibility for the HR compliance agenda ensuring compliance with the bank’s policies/procedures and regulatory requirements.
In this role, you will work closely with the Nordic and global HR teams and in collaboration with business teams across the Nordic Region. The role requires that you are structured, have an eye for details, can prioritize and that you have a consultative approach when working with our managers and employees. To be successful in this role and to be able to contribute to the overall HR agenda you have a background as HR Generalist/business partner.

Main scope of the role:
- Ensure timely execution of all HR processes following the annual HR cycle and the Nordic people strategy agenda
- HRBP for the early career population such as graduates and interns across the Nordics with responsibility for our talent investment activities such as career fairs and recruitment of interns and juniors across the Nordics
- Responsible for employee engagement activities such as employee pulse surveys
- Execute on key Nordic projects as defined in the Nordic People Strategy
- Responsibilities for HR compliance and regulatory tasks across the Nordics
What you will do
- You are responsible for supporting the organization (within relevant scope) ensuring effective execution of HR processes
- You will be partnering with leaders on recruitment and internal mobility, including identifying and attracting top talent as well as advising leaders on methods and tools for sourcing and selection of candidates as well as employee on- and off boarding
- With responsibilities for HR compliance and regulatory tasks across the Nordics you are the main interface with central teams and you will guide the Nordic HR team in the execution of regulatory tasks. This includes being responsible for the HR control plan (including executing and reporting controls), contribute to reviews and updates of procedures, contribute to risk assessments, follow various requirements for regulated employees etc.
- You are responsible for talent investment activities such as career fairs across the Nordics and the point of contact to the universities ensuring contract management as well as further strengthening our relationship and employer brand
- You are the main contact for the early career population, such as the junior population in Investment Banking, interns and graduates, throughout the employee life cycle
- You will work in strong collaboration with the Nordic HR team on talent acquisition related tasks such as staff administration, on- and offboarding processes and ensuring HR systems are up to date as well as ensuring compliance with company policies and labour laws.
- Responsible for driving the analysis of the annual employee engagement (Pulse Survey analysis) results providing analysis and trends as well as suggestions for actions
Relevant experience and requirements
- Experience from having worked as HR Generalist or business partner, preferably with one or several of the Nordic countries in scope
- Proven collaborator by nature building relationships, networks, connecting people and opportunities
- Service-oriented proactive mindset with a strong focus on driving actions
- Change driver used to navigating in a complex matrix environment
- Curious and continuously learning mindset, eager to adopt new ways of working
- Strong communication skills, verbally as well as written
- Confident and experienced in managing HR IT systems
- Experience and interest for HR compliance and regulatory tasks
- University degree within HR or other relevant areas
- Preferably Scandinavian languages as native tongue and fluent in English
- Experience from banking, management consulting, private equity, tech or financial institutions is a plus
