Position Purpose
Drive the sales force to achieve the revenue target, be responsible for GTS business growth in China and assume trade transversal responsibilities for all the related matters.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the GTS business strategy in China
- Develop a client strategy (onshore/inbound/outbound) and a commercial strategy.
- Drive the GTS sales force to achieve the revenue target
- Be the SPOC for the regional GTS team and TFCC in Paris
- Defend the competitiveness of trade products. Launch of new products, in conjunction with Product Team, and the associated commercialization
- Lead the team to ensure excellent global coordination and develop trade business under China related corridors
- Oversee the front-to-back process, tackle the issue and work closely with ITO partners to ensure operational scalabilities
- Ensure compliance with Bank’s policies/ procedures and regulatory requirements, in particular with regards to local trade product related responsibilities and duties
- Define the control framework for the business and set up disciplines for the team to observe
- Promote the cross-sell from GTS, notably in the area of FX+Trade and Cash management

Permanent Control Aspects
• Direct contribution to BNPP operational permanent control framework.
• Responsible for the implementation of operational permanent control policies and procedures
in day-to-day business activities, such as Control Plan
• Responsible for ensuring team members to comply with regulatory requirements and internal
guidelines.
• Responsible for reporting all incidents according to the Incident Management System
• Responsible for ensuring job descriptions are written, distributed and updated
• Ensure audit recommendations are implemented within the specific timeline.
• Endeavor to ensure the quality of the Banks' portfolio remains sound and healthy
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
- Strong knowledge/ experience in Trade finance
- Good knowledge on the Supply Chain business

Specific Qualifications (if required)
- Degree holder, preferable in Banking and Finance
- More than 15 years of working experience in banking and/ or treasury function
- Relevant professional certification
