Spain IT Production

Spain IT Production organization consists of CIB ITO & ITG IT Platforms and is responsible for providing IT Production services to our Clients in EMEA, ensuring a Digital Market evolution, in a secured and performant environment, and with a reliable quality. IT Production organisation includes Infrastructure services, Telecom & Workspace, Production Security and Application Production domains and associated transversal services (CTO Office, Control Tower, PMO and IT Continuity). In Spain, IT Production relies on a Platform with over 400 experts that provide full-stack support services ensuring a secure, stable, standardized, and efficient production.

ABOUT THE JOB

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Resolve all hardware related incident worldwide with a team of technicians based into different regions. Create cases into mainteners portal, asses issue, organize part replacement and delivery with datacenter team, organize maintenance timeslot with OS team and APS team end users. 
  • Provide Level 3 technical support as a technical expert with the following objectives: Train / Document / Automate / Improve on Dell and HPe technologies and other constructors, on server hardware globally 
  • Create KPI allowing mission follow up and team workload, hardware analysis, case repartition, mainteners performances on monthly / quarterly / annual basis
  • Design and participate in the deployment of resilient and high-performance infrastructure solutions in the internal and public clouds 
  • Maintain production services in operational condition 24/7
  • Work closely with the global CIB infrastructure teams (Madrid, APAC, AMER, MEA, INDIA) to define strategy and ensure global alignment
  • Manage, monitor and lead technical projects independently
