Fund Accounting Expert in Private Capital
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and bookkeep cash movements, inter-company transactions, invoices, and investment related transactions, in accordance with procedures and ensure deadlines are respected
- Co-ordinate NAV calculation process within the team and strengthen operational controls
- Leading process transformations to optimize workflow and implement improvements/ efficiencies
- Review work performed by other team members
- Reconcile transactions against supporting schedules and documentation, ensuring relevant support is obtained and filed
- Act as SME, investigate issues, provide guidance to team members in the case of complex transactions and system issues
- Train and develop less experienced team members
- Engage in projects and initiatives across the department and with locations, offering your perspective and expertise
- Generate reports and investigate/respond to ad hoc requests as required by the Luxembourg team, the client and the board of directors
Requirements:
- Previous accounting experience and knowledge
- Self-motivation, willingness to learn

- Proactivity and ability to take initiative
- Fluency in English
- Good Knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong communication skills – oral & written
