- It is a new worldwide organizational model that contributes to tackle major challenges of Group’s transformation of today and tomorrow, building the best offer for Finance and Risk community through a progressive rotation towards new technologies and best practices
- FRESH is a unique organization within BNP Paribas, part of IT Group yet actively managed through an innovative partnership with Finance and Risk
- Shared Data Ecosystem oversees the integrated Finance and Risk framework by collecting additional data to enlarge the scope of covered entities and by implementing additional features within the Shared Reporting Space (SRS). Shared Data Ecosystem also bring together functional and technological expertise to merge current applications into the new Finance and Risk Environments (DataHub / Datalab)
- SDE02 - Financial Reporting Systems team manage evolutions for applications in the scope and their operational follow up, do the collection of user requirements regarding data restitutions by identifying adapted solutions, contribute to numerous regulatory projects and build regulatory reporting based on shared data.
About the job
- Responsible for designing data schemas, modeling data structures and perform data migrations
- Ensure the management of releases on the concerned applications as well as monitoring databases performance
- Trouble-shooting problems and supporting in all data related topics
- Perform data infrastructure related activities
Your Main Activities Are
- Design high-performance data pipelines
- Design data models and visualizations to be launched in a production environment
- Automate the end-to-end release of artifacts across environments
- Participate in project code reviews
On-call duty during Quarterly Closings
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor's (3-5 years) in Information Technology and Computer Science
- Masters in information technology and computer Science
- Experience in Information Technology ([0 - 2] years) or Data Analytics ([0 - 2] years)
- Database Management Microsoft SQL Server (Proficient)
- IT Languages Python (Proficient)
- Data Viz Blending Analytics Power BI (Proficient)
- English (Fluent)
- French (Nice to have)
- Ability to synthetize/simplify
- Good communication skills - oral & written
- Ability to deliver/Results driven
- Good analytical ability
- Good knowledge of IT - Architecture
