About the role

As a Customer Service Specialist at Arval UK, Swindon, you will be responsible for the maintenance of our retail fleet customers. In this position you will spend the bulk of your time communicating with customers over the phone and via email. From listening to complaints, to providing advice and support to our customers, you will ensure all incidents are captured and handled professionally within, or ideally exceeding, expectations and our agreed service levels. You will also be responsible for helping to identify and resolve core issues to improve the overall customer experience. 

Following training, you will ensure we satisfy the individual requirements of every customer. You will remain customer focussed, build good rapport and ensure that our customers receive the top-notch service they deserve. Your role is to make sure no stone is left unturned in our quest to satisfy. In a nutshell, your role is to offer and deliver top quality customer service, building a solution and problem solving to deliver the best possible service.

Retail Customer Service Specialist role receives a benefits package at Pay Zone A3 role with a salary starting at £25,000 and up to a bonus of £1100.  This is a fixed term role for 6 months with the possibility of extension. This is a fixed term role for 6 months with the possibility of extension.

We operate a hybrid working option, this gives you up to 2 days working from home per week; you will be eligible, once training is complete and you are fully competent in the role.

About you

We are looking for someone to have an excellent telephone manner and will be used to working in a fast-paced environment. Be able to take ownership of all that comes your way, whilst demonstrating complete professionalism comes naturally to you.
