- Within Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) Credit Operations, CTM Credit Facility Analysts are part of a Middle Office team in charge of: Contracting: draft credit contract documentation working together with Legal department and Relation Managers in Front Office; Deal implementation: ensure credit transactions recorded in BNPP Systems are in line with credit decisions and compliant with rules and procedures, working closely with Front Office Credit Analysts; And credit monitoring: reporting of controls related to credit risk (for instance excess reports) for the benefit of Business and Risk function
Your Main Activities Are
- Guarantee the conformity between Credit decisions and legal documentation
- Analyze guarantees/collaterals contracts received by the bank and input them in the system
- Perform Ad-hoc reporting – daily, monthly and quarterly – in order to monitor and control the credit risk
- Contribute to data quality improvement for the Bank
- Interact with the Business, Back office, Risk entities, Audit/IG, Regulators and other functions on CTM matters (corporate credit issues, permanent controls, business impact analysis, follow-up of Audit/IG recommendations)
- Contribute to transformation projects every time is needed
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting
- Up to 2 years of experience in Banking and Financial Operations
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in Excel
- Attention to detail
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to collaborate
