About the job

  • The Credit Risk Monitoring Analyst monitors credit risk exposures to ensure the bank respects its risk appetite. The responsibilities include monitoring, analysis, decision making and constant discussion with all stakeholders

Your Main Activities Are

  • Monitor credit risk exposure on Corporate and Institutional Banking activities (Securities Services and Global Banking)
  • Contribute to the various associated reporting processes
  • Perform portfolio analyses upon request from Management
  • Manage crises and provide results in a clear, structured, precise, and concise manner, based on facts
  • Improve risk awareness by making better use of data
  • Contribute to the overall data quality effort by ensuring the accuracy of the reports produced as much as possible. Automate and industrialize the various tools used by risk monitoring officers while ensuring consistency
  • Review, improve, and implement dashboards to enhance the quality and visualization of data analysis (Power BI/ Python – interest only required)
  • Analyze and rethink processes and implementations to improve harmonization, gain efficiency, and reduce operational risks

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics / Finance / Accounting / Business Management or related
  • Up to 2 years of experience in Financial Analysis and Advisory / Risk and Controls / Banking and Financial Operations or similar
  • Advanced level of English, both written and oral
  • Knowledge in MS Office Excel
  • Attention to detail / rigor
  • Ability to collaborate / teamwork
  • Analytical ability
  • Critical thinking
  • Decision making
