BNP Paribas in its Securities Services business offers a wide range of services derived from the purchase and sale of financial instruments and units in investment funds, such as their settlement, custody, valuation, administration and financing and all financial transactions derived therefrom (dividend payments, capital increases, fund subscriptions and redemptions, etc.).
ABOUT THE JOB
MISSION
Corporate Actions is a very broad department encompassing all types of corporate events such as capital increases, takeover bids, stock or cash dividends, redemptions, conversions for all markets in the world where our clients invest.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Translating corporate event announcements to our customers into Spanish by respecting the deadlines
- Managing the instructions received from our clients for processing respecting the client’s deadline
- Answering proactively to the doubts of our customers
- Daily reconciliation of cash and securities accounts
REQUIREMENTS
Studies in business administration, economics, finance
Previous experience in back office
Bilingual in Spanish and at least C1 in English
