Compensation and Benefits Assistant Manager/Manager

We are looking for a creative, collaborative HR Professional who is willing to excel her/ his career in the compensation and benefits area. This role is ideal for those who are passionate with numbers and have a keen eye for details, enjoy making research and interpreting data to create strategic input for HR decisions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ Statistics/ Social Sciences (Master’s Degree or Double Major is an asset)
  • 3-5 years of experience as a generalist in the HR field or specifically in the compensation and benefits function, gained within a fast paced environment (preferably from a similar industries or consulting companies)
  • Strong influencing skills and stakeholder management
  • Hands-on approach, attitude of continuous improvement
  • Proven time management skills
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced level knowledge in MS Excel.
  • Computer literate
  • Fluent in English
