The Client Development Team sits within Securities Services. The team encompasses sales managers, relationship managers, client service managers, a marketing manager, a business management team and a regional bid management team. The team is responsible for maintaining relationships and driving revenue for the Securities Services business in Australia.
Primary Role Responsibilities

Primary daily tasks focus on:
Creating an inventory of physical legal documents, safekept in a vault
Reconciling physical legal documents with digital copies
Specifically, the candidate will be required to:
follow set procedures for file management
complete document scanning
completing excel trackers
Other contributions
May perform other duties and responsibilities that management may deem necessary from time to time.
What is required for you to succeed?
An understanding of types of legal documents
Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality control
Self-motivated and disciplined, and ability to adhere to deadlines
Experience of working with document management roles
Excellent time management skills
Desired knowledge, skill, experience
The role requires proficiency in MS Office applications such as Outlook, word and Excel
