About the job

  • The Chief Conduct and Control Officer (CCCO) is responsible for covering the non-financial risks framework within several business lines, while acting as first line of defense making a bridge between operations/IT and compliance

Your Main Activities Are

  • Deploy and follow Securities Services Conduct program for the métier, notably the reinforcing of the Conduct control framework in the context of Financial Remediation Framework plan
  • Supervise and animate the operational control framework for the métier (deployment and execution of the control plan, Risk Control Self Assessment campaigns, recommendations follow-up, incidents monitoring, Volcker certification etc.)
  • Supervise and animate Third-Party Risk Management operational framework, notably the implementation of European Banking Authority guidelines
  • Perform the role of New Activity Committee (NAC) managers being in charge of the validation of the new activities / transactions for the métier, including remediation actions
  • Coordinate & animate the set-up of a Control Tower for regulatory reporting purposes
  • Embrace the set up of ad-hoc transverse projects related to risk management or to CCCO own transformation and other ad-hoc responsibilities (Record Management Officer, financials notably)
  • Set up and develop projects coordination team in charge of the coordination and/or implementation of Group control and CCCO related projects, notably to reinforce operational resilience and secure manual payments

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or Law
  • From 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Banking and Financial Operations or Compliance
  • Fluent (C1-C2) level of English
  • Advanced level of French
  • Ability to collaborate / teamwork
  • Attention to detail / rigor
  • Good communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Ability to develop and adapt a process
  • Ability to develop and leverage networks
  • Custody knowledge
  • Skills in Office pack   (namely in Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
