Cash Monitoring Junior Specialist  

Responsibilities

  • Supporting Team in performing depositary responsibilities regarding monitoring cash flows, reconciliation and trades to protect the investors and ensure all the movements have economical justifications and are resolved within appropriate time frames
  • Analyses and escalates discrepancies detected in significant cash flows, cash reconciliation and unsettled trades processes to secure stable and timely delivery of the assignment described in the procedures and Service Level Agreement.
  • Raises detected potential risks to senior staff and Team Leader to ensure stable progress of Cash Monitoring processes.
  • Supports process improvements and projects to improve process quality and cost efficiencies.


 Required Skills 

  • Fluency in English as working language.
  • Proventrack recordof work in operational area, experience in securities servicesenvironment will be an advantage.
  • University degree (Finance, Economics, Law) or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Good understanding of funds industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: team spirit and communication.
  • Highlyaccurate, dedicated to quality and stress resilient.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer literacy in MS Office (very goodknowledge of Excel).
