(Job Description)

  • Plan, launch, and operate new digital platforms and processes (web/mobile services, UI/UX improvements, new digital business process support)
  • Manage project timelines, support resource allocation, and participate in quality assurance for digital projects
  • Identify and develop new partnerships, maintain existing partnerships, plan joint promotions, and analyze performance
  • Implement and manage online marketing campaigns (SEM, social media, display ads) and analyze campaign performance
  • Utilize user feedback (VOC, log data) to contribute to customer experience optimization
  • Conduct sales funnel analysis and execute strategies for data-driven revenue growth

(Key Requirements)

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in digital business development, digital platform planning, project management within financial, insurance, or fintech environments.
  • Strong practical knowledge of digital service environments, including web/mobile service planning, UI/UX design, and API integration.
  • Proven experience in partnership development, sales funnel analysis, and data-driven revenue growth strategies.
  • Experienced in digital marketing operations, including SEM, social media, and display advertising, along with performance analysis.
  • Data literacy with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for analytical reporting.
  • Business-level English proficiency, including ability to draft business reports.

(Preferred Skills)

  • Experience as a PM of insurance/financial institutions or fintech startups.
  • Practical experience in online advertising operations or digital marketing, with a strong understanding of SEO strategies.
  • Basic technical understanding of data flows to collaborate effectively with development teams.
