The Global Markets business of BNP Paribas helps its corporate and institutional clients leverage capital markets across the globe for their financing, risk management and investment needs. This encompasses a wide range of financial products ranging from Foreign exchange to complex Equity Derivatives that are traded in financial markets across the globe 24/7. Position Purpose
Current position is under GM IT team scope to contribute in individual capacity on development, enhancements, and maintenance & support activities for multiple applications by efficiently utilizing continuous improvement and agile methodology.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
- To manage all functional aspects of projects centered on back office and settlement of Bonds from inception to delivery
- Level 3 production support (Responsibility involves investigation and solutioning of issues which cannot be fixed by Level1 &2 support)
- Analyze Business requirements / User requirements –
- Propose cost efficient solutions to users
- Gather and validate user requirements
- Write functional specifications and support IT during development
- Identify dependencies and coordinate with other teams when required
- Report on progress within and outside the team
- Write and execute test plans
- Organize UAT phases
- Train users
- Deliver users guides
- Liaise with IT, Users, Project Sponsors, other Project Managers and Business Analysts

Technical & Behavioral Competencies
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- 5-7 Years of Calypso Back Office working experience with strong domain knowledge of capital market with exposure to different asset classes like Fixed income, Equities, Repos, Sec lending and Money market products
- Well acquainted with Static Data, Trade Data, market data, Trade Capture , Workflow creation ( Trade, Transfer and Messages ) ,SDI and Messages flow
- Business Analysis Skills
- SQL – intermediary level
- Coordination / Project Management in structured Framework
- Strong writing skills, familiar with Excel
- Good communicator /Interpersonal Skills
- Proven experience in Business Analysis or Operations with demonstrable practical Products full lifecycle exposure.
