Report to: General Manager BU Technology & Lifecycle Solutions

Main responsibilities/activities:

Overall responsibility on all Internal Sales activities, in particular:

Team Support and Leadership:

  • Management and coordination of the Internal Sales area for the BU Technology & Lifecycle Solutions, composed of 9 resources, reporting directly to the General Manager BU Technology & Lifecycle Solutions
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Internal Sales, offering guidance, coaching and support to achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Collaboration with the Market Managers in order to establish clear objectives and to ensure alignment with company goals

Sales and Operational activities

  • Contribution to the achievement of profitability and volume objectives in line the budget and the strategy of the BU (identification of opportunities for the development of existing agreements and finalization of new ones in a local or international logic; management and animation of the relationship with the Partner)
  • Monitor and evaluate sales metrics, pipeline activity and quota attainment for the team
  • Provide ongoing feedback and implement strategies to improve performance when needed 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as customer service and payout to address client needs and opportunities

Specific competencies:

  • Degree in economics or related field
  • Excellent knowledge of English and/or French
  • Experience in the financial market 
  • Previous management or supervisory experience within large companies operating in the leasing or related sectors
  • Experience in sales
