Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion
- Directly manage 5-6 client onboarding / transition projects related to Operations processes in the Securities Services domain
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
- Proactively address potential challenges to minimize delays and disruptions
- Be adept at handling lift & shift of operations, transformational projects, implementation of new tools for the location and strategic projects
- Ensuring Risks & Issues are managed proactively; various transition deliverables are documented and signed off before go-live
- Develop strong, positive, constructive relationships with multiple senior stakeholders
- Lead matrix teams to deliver high quality results
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
