Position Purpose

Candidate will be involved into managing day to day BAU and Verification of daily tasks. Handling queries and projects. Lead is expected to have additional responsibility of handling people and support manager in team handling and management.

Responsibilities

BAU Excellence

·       Ensure all procedures are up to date and organized for easy reference from other site.

·       Proactively retain knowledge level in the teams to enable takeover.

·       Flexibility to support/handle process of other HUBS when ERS is invoked.

·       Ensure Checklist and documentation is completed /readily available during ERS takeover to mitigate risk in takeover.

·       Learn more than 2 processes between HUBS for takeover and get cross trained at least 1 process within Chennai for BCP support.

·       Support & Implement the New Projects / Migrations as planned by Management for the respective teams. 

·       Should at least come up with two Kaizen initiative for the year in reducing cost/process efficiency.

·       Support and develop the key projects and improve the scalability by delivering the industrialization initiatives as per the roadmap and take the opportunity to challenge the processes with an outside the box thinking mind-set / disruptive approach.

·       Create more SME from the teams and ensure they act as your backups to support projects

·       Prepare process flow and other documentations required by project team. 

·       Ensure operational processes are updated for each project when there is operational impact

·       Ensure team members are trained on the new activities based on projects

·       Reduce the usage of Bloomberg downloads via DL. Instead work with support team to migrate such activities into Amanda/Colibri

·       Support Hybrid Model /Robotics.

·       Work with the technical team to provide SME support / Documentation where required

·       Support monthly capacity planning data

·       Provide data on time for the standard AFSO dashboard and other MIS requirements

·       Ensure KPI are met and maintained as per agreed SLA & Acquire clear understanding of SLA’s and ensure you and junior members are thoroughly aware of the cut-off times and deliverables.

Client Focus

·       Support ERS Phase and team in ERS locations.

·       Reduce incident  -Birdie rate

·       Ensure procedures are updated with agreed PM's and the team members are trained

·       Check if the controls implemented are diligently followed by all.

·       Ensure all team members are aware of the past incidents and the PM's

·       Ensure 4 eye is completed before deliverables are signed off. 

·       No controls should be kept pending.

·       Ensure documentation are done and nil audit breach /finding

·       Acquire clear understanding of SLA’s and ensure you are thoroughly aware of the cut-off times and deliverables.

·       Strive to achieve 100% in terms of Timeliness & Accuracy on deliverables with highest level of quality. Any possible delay should be immediately escalated to Manager/Head

·       Effectively monitor the deliverables and ensure you coordinate with necessary stakeholders to meet the deadline in case of any issues that will impact KPI.

·       Proactively provide heads up notice to stakeholders if delay is anticipated.

·       Ensure checklist are updated immediately and 4 eye control in place.

·       Perform supervisory control to ensure all controls are being followed by the team. 

·       Ensure all team members follow procedure without deviation. Escalate if any deviation is seen.

·       Ensure Macro files or any excel trackers are cleaned up / required maintenance activity is performed periodically.

·       Support autonomously and be on the top of all the key topics in the process: Support Manager on the governance needs and ensure the right level of formalization / validation steps, prior sharing the outcome with the Manager.

·       Improve the communication and best practice sharing across Hubs.

·       Support to modify the procedures as training materials that should contain all exception scenarios.

·       Should be flexible to work in shifts as per business requirements.

·       Get Cross trainings on all assigned process.

·       Unplanned leaves to be avoided and ensure Mandatory leaves to be completed on or before Q3.

·       Should exhibit positive work environment among peers in the team and always follow professional ethics

·       Represent / support team in participating for event management activities conducted.

·       No major client / people escalations.

·       Understand Team requirements and Contribute according to the need

·       Should be willing to support BAU in BCP or other related situation

·       Create strong back for yourself in the process and share the knowledge without any hesitation or blocking

·       Actively participate in Team meeting and Huddle

Projects

Risk and Controls

·       Maintain & Monitor ORPC checklist for the respective activities handled within the process.

·       100% compliance for all mandatory trainings from territory, APAC and BP2S . No exceptions. 

·       Mandatory leave : total compliance, follow every month.

·       DLP Compliance : target is ZERO incidents .

·       Full participation in bi-yearly BCP tests.

Specific Qualifications (if required)

College Degree, preferably a Master’s degree in Commerce or MBA (Finance)
