AML/KYI Senior Specialist – Project Team
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in banking or financial services focused on KYC and AML analysis.
- Strong knowledge of the end-to-end KYI (Know Your Investor)/AML processes, including Transfer Agency requirements.
- Familiarity with alternative investment funds such as hedge funds and private equity is a plus.
- Demonstrated analytical abilities and project management expertise.
- Experience in global projects as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing innovative ideas and solutions.
- Good verbal and written communication skills with exposure to multinational stakeholders including IT, Project Managers, Program Managers, Process Owners and Senior Management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel and Power Point skills
- Understanding of the responsibilities and activities of Transfer Agents.
- Familiarity with end-user testing is beneficial.
- Fluent in English (C1 level).
Responsibilities:
- Optimize the investor onboarding and periodic review processes.
- Assist in implementing the AML/KYI framework and Target Operating Model for the new investor lifecycle platform.
- Conduct testing for new investor lifecycle platform.
- Drive automation and process enhancements to boost the efficiency of AML/KYI operations.
- Develop process flows and migration plans.
- Analyze and design training programs for AML/KYI teams.
- Embrace innovation with creative proposals for process improvements.
- Independently lead projects and tasks assigned by project leaders.
- Ensure timely completion of all assigned activities and deadlines.
- Accurately and promptly respond to all inquiries directed toward you.
