ALMT Product Control - PnL AVP/VP

Main responsibilities:

  • Run the project to move ALMT PnL calculation to global systems/setup (platform standardization), aligned with the group standards.
  • Migrate ALMT Economic PnL production from spreadsheets to a global engine, reducing the operational risk, producing documentation, and removing several manual activities currently necessary in this process.
  • Stabilize P&L reporting with the goal to reduce unexplained breaks.
  • Perform detailed ALMT P&L reporting and reconciliation process review and pinpoint the products generating majority of P&L breaks.
  • Improve overall controls, introduce automation if possible and enhance sourcing, considering harmonization with other regions.

Position Requirements:

  • Economic PnL expertise (valuation, MtM vs Accrual...);
  • Accounting expertise. 
  • Project management.
  • Gap analysis and process driven.
  • Excel and Outlook advanced level.
  • Advanced English communication to participate on conference calls/exchange e-mails with global teams.
  • Brazilian specificities understanding, mainly related to ALMT products, calculations method, local regulations, local systems...
