Accounts Payable Trainee

About the job 
 The Accounts Payable Officer main task is to ensure that general costs are accounted for and in compliance. They also ensure that all payments are made on time and correctly both to providers and employees.
 

Your Main Activities Are 

  • Control, validate, booking invoices, and issue payments to providers
  • Perform all controls and reconciliations related to providers
  • Validate, booking and process the payment of employees’ expense claims
  • Ensure that costs are properly booked monthly, ensure that invoices for that month or previous months are received and booked on time


 Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Management, Fincance or any similar areas 
  • Advanced level of english fluency, both oral and written 
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Tools, particularly Excel, Word and Powerpoint 
  • Attention to detail, proactivity, analytical and time managment skills
