Cautam un Account Manager dedicat care sa sustina cresterea cotei de piata detinute prin dezvoltarea portofoliului de clienti existenti.

In acest rol, vei fi responsabil sa: 

  • Administrezi relatia zilnica a clientilor cu managerii flotei.
  • Creezi, transmiti si urmaresti ofertele.
  • Pregatesti, urmaresti si finalizezi comenzile de vehicule.
  • Aplici politica de preturi in oferte, respectarea regulilor de derogare, alertarea Business Managerilor, daca este necesar.
  • Inregistezi si gestionezi apelurile interne ale clientilor, cererilor si reclamatiilor.
  • Mentii proactiv legatura cu clientii, telefonic.
  • Pregatesti analizele de flota (inclusiv toate informatiile relevante pentru sprijinirea recomandarilor pentru clienti).
  • Planifici, inregistrezi si pregatesti intalnirile cu clientii (analizele de flota - Fleet Review / Business review, altele) pentru Business Manageri conform strategiei agreate pentru clienti.
  • Procesezi rapoartele de vizita si asiguri urmarirea sarcinilor si actiunilor decise si convenite in timpul vizitelor la clienti.
  • Monitorizezi procesul de reinnoire a liniei de credit si pregatirea analizei de credit risk conform necesitatilor de afaceri.

Daca detii: 

  • Experienta in vanzari de minim 2 ani de zile intr-un rol similar
  • Cunostinte excelente ale pietei si serviciilor de leasing operational
  • Studii superioare finalizate
  • Orientare catre rezultate
  • Pasiune pentru vanzari si orientare catre client
  • Abilitati de ascultare activa, comunicare si negociere
  • Cunostinte avansate de limba engleza
