BNP Paribas renews its partnership with the Bulgarian Tennis Federation

BNP Paribas, no. 1 sponsor in the tennis world, today renews its strategic alliance with the Tennis Federation in Bulgaria, where the group has a major presence in most business lines. This partnership makes BNP Paribas the premier patron to the Bulgarian Tennis Federation for a second consecutive year and forms part of the Group's overall sponsoring policy. BNP Paribas will help to develop tennis in Bulgaria on all levels: national, regional and local tournaments including the realization of school, family and community aspects of tennis. In the frame of the sponsorship, National Singles Champioships for men and women will be called BNP Paribas Cup.
A substantial amount of financial aid will be given to educational and social programs. BNP Paribas and the Bulgarian Tennis Federation will continue supporting orphans, poor and disabled children in order to make them enjoy the benefits of this healthy and motivating sport. Both partners have undertaken to increase the number of events respectively tennis training hours to encourage underprivileged young people to play tennis. The social and educational program is called “Tennis for everybody”.
