What makes Katharina a Matchmaker?

Katharina is passionate about history and English literature. She has a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology and now works in Human Resources at BNP Paribas. Some might find that surprising, but for her it makes total sense. Why? Because her studies taught her to analyse and understand people. She feels that these essential qualities make her useful to others through her ability to reconcile the needs of the company with the expectations of its people.
