Alpha joined BNP Paribas in 2018 and moved from temporary employee to Head of the Reference & Approvals (Savings Insurance Pension) team at BNP Paribas Cardif in record time. It is the story of a rapid professional rise that he calls a “decisive pass” as a great football fan. He says it loud and clear: what has enabled him to make progress is above all his determination and motivation, but also his taste for the challenge and teamwork that drive him daily. As head of a team of ten employees, responsible for the quality and reliability of end-to-end financial information, Alpha is now keen to pass on its knowledge to help all members of its team develop their skills.
