Thanks to the mobilisation of teams in all our countries, we are moving towards a working environment that is always more inclusive, innovative, and open to everyone. 

For many years, the Group has been acting on a daily basis in favor of the inclusion of people with disabilities through sustainable, structured and inspiring actions across all our countries. Recruitment, integration and job retention, training and awareness of staff and managers, promotion of responsible purchasing: these concrete actions are numerous and demonstrate the Group's committment.  

Portugal : an inclusive sports immersion 

During the Inclusion Days, an internal event to promote inclusion in the workplace, the teams set up a tennis court, a boccia field and a showdown table in the BNP Paribas premises in Lisbon. 

The presence of Portuguese Paralympic champions was a strong moment of this event.

Poland: a first in the banking sector with the AsperIT certification

BNP Paribas Polska Bank has received the "Neurodivergent-Friendly Workplace" certificate awarded by the AsperIT Foundation 2025 - 2027.

This recognition is part of a long-standing commitment to the inclusion of neurodivergent staff and the accessibility of its.

Canada: an example of recognition for disability inclusion 

In 2025, BNP Paribas was recognised as one of the best workplaces for disability inclusion in Canada. A national recognition that values several years of efforts in accessibility, recruitment and support.

France: DuoDay, an initiative that brings teams together 

For this 7th  edition, 50 duos within BNP Paribas S.A. have been formed, allowing students or people in professional retraining with disabilities to discover our professions through immersion, in the form of a full-day discovery internship. 

The DuoDay, a day dedicated to the professional inclusion of people with disabilities, has become a must-attend event to foster meetings, remove barriers, and open new professional perspectives.

The Disability Strikes Back : a global mobilization rewarded

The Disability Strikes Back is a collaborative and immersive game about disability in the workplace, allowing participants to step into the shoes of someone directly affected by disability or through their surroundings. Already available in 7 countries and 6 languages, with more than 70 facilitators, this ‘serious game’ is currently being rolled out in the United States and Canada. 

In 2025, it was awarded by Talent T&OP (Technology & Operational Performance) SUCCESS at the Talents competition.

The Disability Strikes Back : a global mobilization rewarded

The Disability Strikes Back is a collaborative and immersive game about disability in the workplace, allowing participants to step into the shoes of someone directly affected by disability or through their surroundings. 

Already available in 7 countries and 6 languages, with more than 70 facilitators, this ‘serious game’ is currently being rolled out in the United States and Canada. 

In 2025, it was awarded by Talent T&OP (Technology & Operational Performance) SUCCESS at the Talents competition.

The Ability Network : present in 11 countries 

The Ability network is a community of listening, sharing and mutual support for BNP Paribas staff directly or indirectly affected by disabilities, debilitating or chronic illnesses. 

It continues to expand and now unites staff in 11 countries, with over 2,300 members. In France, the Ability network has just celebrated its 5th anniversary! A true driver of inclusion, it helps to spread best practices, strengthen corporate culture, support local initiatives and contributes to changing perceptions and overcoming preconceptions about disability.   

The Ability network will continue to uphold this ambition, as inclusion is an essential driver of performance, creativity and cohesion for our Group.
