The bank for a changing world

The marketing communication delegation of France's Association of Corporate Communications Agencies (AACC) recently awarded its first "Client Capital 2002" trophies to those companies that are the most attentive to customer relations.

BNP Paribas was the winner in the banking category, ahead of seven competitors.

The institute BVA assessed each company according to such criteria as reception, simplicity of bank statements, clarity of explanations, and advisors' availability and responsiveness.
