Organized by Talentys, the HRackathon was held on 14 and 15 April last, in l’Ecole 42, in Paris.
12 multi-generational and multicultural teams, composed of various profiles of students competed to create the most innovative HR app, in partnership with Air Liquide, Airbus, and BNP Paribas.
After these 48 hours of competition, the application Me (Moving Everywhere) was sacred. This solution enables companies to map the skills of their employees, each one creating a profile enriched on the basis of data entered on Linkedin and Viadeo. Me allows to propose projects to employees, based on their skills.
Congratulations to the winners and to all participants who made this edition 2016 a success.
