Job Purpose
- To be in charge of information technology initiatives and strategy and focus on managing technical projects, launching
systems and using technology to increase efficiency and productivity and cut costs
- To drive the technology could be used to further business objectives and grow the top and bottom lines.
- To lead digital transformation initiatives, as well as efforts that result in broad organizational change
Key Responsibilities
CIO is responsible for the IT and computer systems that support enterprise goals, as well as to innovate, collaborate,
balance the IT budget and motivate IT staff.
- managing IT staff and developing department goals; (20%)
- collaborating with members of the executive team to identify ways IT can assist the company in achieving business and
financial goals; (20%)
- planning, deploying and maintaining IT systems and operations; (10%)
- developing and implementing IT budgets; (10%)
- staying updated on IT trends and emerging technologies; (10%)
- developing and enforcing IT best practices across the organization; (10%)
- overseeing relationships with vendors, contractors and service providers;(10%)
- ensuring compliance with government regulations that apply to systems operations (10%)

Job Qualification

- Education: Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Technology required.
- Work Experience:- At least 10 years of managment experience in administration of information systems and technology,
with increasing level of responsibility throughout.
- Excellent ability to conceptualize long-term business goals and develop orderly processes to accomplish those goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
- Excellent managerial skills.
- Skills:- proficiency in establishing IT services framework;
- ability to recruit and manage IT staff members;
- project management skills;
- budget management skills;
- aptitude for customer engagement analysis; and
- ability to establish partnerships with service providers and vendors.
- Competencies:- strong business acumen,
- outstanding communication skills,
- strategic planning skills and knowledge of an organization's internal operations and technology initiatives.
