Network Manager will focus execution to build an exceptional Network team, incorporating the best in breed process and technologies to deliver a world-class platform for the bank’s businesses, clients and users.
Works with technical leads, application support, development, architecture, compliance and audit teams.

Responsibilities:
- Accountable of the network solution deployed
- Deployment of critical changes
- Insure support to the Production team
- Validate design
- Build deployment templates
- Definition of the rules and configuration policy
- Validation of the new hardware and software versions to be deployed
- Provide an escalation point between the varied departments within the domain
- Provide an escalation point for all P1/P2 within the domain
- Perform analysis on all P1/P2 incidents to identify potential improvement areas and/or performance deficiencies
- Perform Patch Management overview
- Perform Capacity Management overview
- Perform Vulnerability Management overview
- Review monitoring framework and insure 100% coverage of critical infrastructure
- Presenting improvement recommendations to senior management
- Perform technical review and approval of Change Management High Risk changes within the department
- Assist in the review of staffing needs for upcoming and on-going projects
- Interact with our Global Network lead in Europe
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- 7 + years working experience in IT Infrastructure Management
- Organization Skills

- Communication and Customer Service Skills
- This person would need to be a natural leader, willing to bring transformational growth, bold thinking and execution to a newly formed combined organization
- Professionalism and Maturity
- Experience: 5 years as Network Architect or Network technical leader and at least 3 years as Network Manager
- Must understand CAPEX/OPEX model and general accounting rules and principles such as depreciations, pre-paid maintenance, etc.
- Deep awareness of all relevant and approved protocols for IT production changes. Proficient in managing the production change process to avoid all associated risk.
- Technology Process Improvement experience desirable
- Identifies alternative solutions, assesses feasibility, and recommends new approaches.
- Contributes to evaluating the factors which must be addressed in the change program.
- Solid problem solving and analytical skills; must be resourceful, creative, innovative, results driven and adaptable
- Solid understanding of Operational Risk
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge in Multicast
- Strong Knowledge in LAN/MAN/WAN (Cisco/Juniper/Arista)

The expected starting salary range for this position is between $115k to $195k annually. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business line, and geographic/office location.
