Position Purpose
The Technology Architecture unit of the Corporate and Institutional Banking division plays a key role in this major evolution. Responsible for ensuring that its technological strategy meets CIB's challenges, the TA entity operates in this dynamic, international, bilingual English-French environment. In particular, the candidate is in charge of a project to improve obsolescence management, as part of a major program to redesign processes and IT
Direct Responsibilities
- Organize and pilot the CIB IT Obsolescence Steering Committee (bimonthly meeting): prepare slides, maintain and track action log
- Liaise with IT clusters on all Obsolescence related activities: collecting obsolescence KPIs/templates ahead of the SteerCo, participate in IT cluster governance as representative of CIB IT management
- Project-manage the ongoing activities: Obsolescence Planner (Jira), 3rd party product onboarding, Obsolescence Tracker onboarding, Obsolescence Reporting in APM, Integration in Group reporting (Dataviz)
- Liaise with Group on Obsolescence topics, contribute to ITG (ITGP) governance
- Ensure a full understanding of the processes and tools deployed underlying the IT Asset Management activity

- Contribute towards recruitment efforts for the team
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
Mandatory Skills:
Obsolescence Governance & Management
- Planning, organization and facilitation of workshops with other IT entities (Business lines, Production, Cyber Security, Group IT, etc.) in order to re-define, fine tune
- A strategy and metrics/KPIs for measuring and prioritizing obsolescence, at all levels: Hardware, Software, Application, End User Computing, Datacenter & Networking
- Unified obsolescence management governance for all entities and regions (EMEA, APAC, AMER)
- Animate Steering committees with the highest level of management (Top level PowerPoint communication)
- Reporting at project and program level on the progress of the various topics in different forums like SteerCo
- Participation in the governance of entities regarding obsolescence, consolidation of metrics / actions
- Management of the centralized governance of the CIB obsolescence management
- Project Management, Reporting, Technical Experience & Excellent Communication
