What will your daily life look like on your first mission?
An exceptional offer for young engineering graduates: As a Graduate, you will have a permanent contract (CDI) within BNP Paribas CIB ITO
• You will start with an 18-month immersion within the same department, consisting of 2 to 3 rotations based in Paris. The richness of the program is that it can evolve in different IT teams for 18 months, with the possibility of carrying out two or three missions throughout the program in France and possibly abroad depending on the opportunities open to you.
• To enhance your skills and quickly acquire the keys to professional development, mentoring is at the heart of the Tech Graduate Program at CIB ITO. From the beginning of the program, each Graduate will meet their Mentor: a senior manager with whom you will regularly exchange on your training, your questions, and who can help you build a solid network within the BNP Paribas Group. We know that sharing skills is crucial for learning and advancing in your career.
• The Tech Graduate Program is also a network: both thanks to your "buddy," a person from your team who will guide you in your integration at BNP Paribas, and thanks to regular networking events with other Graduates and young talents of the Group. Thus, you will have the opportunity to discover our different activities and professions, in a spirit of promotion that will be a perfect transition from your former student life. Finally, continuous training is part of the DNA of this Graduate Program: you will benefit from a wide range of training on hard skills and soft skills, as well as conferences and round tables to prepare you to meet the challenges of the Bank of tomorrow.
Missions, team and work environment, what does it look like?
The Application Production Support guarantees application production for both technical and functional support for a given Business Line or Business Line application chain, ensuring the service is maintained in operational condition, guaranteeing the smooth running of the processes and the proper functioning in the application. They will also manage the various releases within their scope, improving service quality and the user experience. They will promote DevOps solutions in order to reduce implementation time.
Main activities In this capacity, you will be involved in all or part of the following activities:
• You will provide technical and functional support to users, while monitoring the application’s technical and functional components.
• You will orchestrate and manage the various releases within your scope.
• You will create and enrich the application document framework, maintaining operating procedures.
• You will provide analysis, measure and improve the performance of the application’s technical and functional components.
• You will be realizing the technical integration of applications, based on existing products and services, to reduce implementation times.
• You will also manage functional upgrade requests and contribute to the processes belonging to the activity.

Are you our next Tech Graduate APS ?
The Graduate Program is looking for the following profile:
People who graduated less than 2 years ago and have up to 24 months of professional experience (excluding internships, apprenticeships) from the date of graduation.
The programme is aimed at graduates with a Bac+5 degree from an engineering school degree , a bubusiness school or university with an IT specialization. Moreover, you are passionate about new technologies and interested in Corporate finance.
In terms of technical skills, you’re the person we’re looking for if
• You have a good understanding of IT operating tools, such as ordonnanceur, middleware axway transfer cft and production tools service now.
• You have knowledge of IT infrastructure and technical tools, such as network protocols (Linux, Unix and Windows), IT language shell, security (Illumio, Authentication, Forte), Middleware (Ansible, Apache Kafka, Mq Series), API Management, Production tools (Splunk, Dynatrace), Toolchain (Python), Devops tools (Jenkins, Ansible Tower), Scripting (Ansible, Python, Shell, Sql) and data base management.
• You master ITIL methodologies (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) and IT production resiliency procedures (DRP – disaster recovery plan, BCP – business continuity plan, HA – high availability).
• You have a great understanding of the DevOps chain (Gitlab, Artifactory, Jenkins, SonarQube, Mattermost, Ansible,…).

Have you demonstrated your creativity, proactiveness, initiative in problem solving and decision making? Focused on results, are you constantly looking to improve your performance? Last but not least, do you have a good level of English (equivalent to or higher than C1)?
