About Businessline/Function :

Calypso is used as a back office settlement system for Equities, Fixed Income (Bonds, Repos etc)   by BO/MO and accounting users. It is responsible for the STP of the Back Office Processes for confirmation, accounting, treasury announcements and payments. This role offers exciting opportunity to the candidate to get exposed to critical settlement system process along with direct interaction with business professionals located across globe. The candidate will have an opportunity to work with a diverse and a highly competent team of professionals that demand very high standards in their delivery.

Position Purpose

The roles offer a function support analyst who will work on directly with business users. Purpose of this role is to provide functional support to the Global clients implemented for BNPPCIB for Equity and FI.ALMT settlements.

BO, MO, Accounting, Reporting are listed as cline for this role. All the functional business issues raised by users will be handled by the responsible person. This includes issues within  calypso for

  • Settlement of bonds, equities, warrant and other products.
  • Respective accounting systems
  • Reporting & Treasury.

As Support analyst, primary responsibilities is the functional level investigation of the batch and functional user queries. Finding bug which should hamper the business functionalities and escalating it to appropriate teams.

·       Should have hands on experience of working on Calypso Application [back office ] – 2 years Min.

Functional :

·       Should have sound knowledge of Settlements

·       Capital markets

·       Good knowledge of Equities & fixed income Products.

·       Basics of Accounting

Technical :

·       PL/SQL

·       Unix Shell [ basics ]

·       Basics of Python
