Spain IT Production

Spain IT Production organization consists of CIB ITO & ITG IT Platforms and is responsible for providing IT Production services to our Clients in EMEA, ensuring a Digital Market evolution, in a secured and performant environment, and with a reliable quality. IT Production organisation includes Infrastructure services, Digital Working, Telecom& Datacentres, Production Security and Application Production domains and associated transversal services (CTO Office, Control Tower, PMO and IT Continuity). In Spain, IT Production relies on a Platform with over 400 experts that provide full-stack support services ensuring a secure, stable, standardized, and efficient production.

ABOUT THE JOB

MISSION

As a Collaborative Support Specialist, you will oversee the platform monitoring and ensuring the compliance and quality of the IT production activities related to Collaborative tools, such as SharePoint system (Online) and OneDrive solutions across all regions in BNP Paribas and apply remediation when an issue is encountered

RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Provide L2 technical support (requests and incidents) to users on SharePoint and OneDrive

·         Must have a continual improvement, risk mitigation focus, and proactively improve the monitoring, efficiency, reliability, capacity and quality of all IT services under his managed perimeter

·         Work with other regional L2 Messaging teams to achieve a proper infrastructure monitoring and support coverage (follow the sun L2 infrastructure management/support).

·         Work with regional service desk teams and with regional L3 Messaging teams (escalation, knowledge transfer)

REQUIREMENTS

  • Studies

o   Bachelor in Computer Science or equivalent

o   ITIL Foundation certificate will be desirable

  • Experience

o   1 to 3 years’ experience working in large and complex IT infrastructure environments

  • Languages

o   High English spoken and written fluent (B2/C)

o   French spoken and written will be valued

SKILLS

  • Technical
    • Good knowledge and experience with following systems:
      • OneDrive for Business (ODB ): Cloud and Desktop client and the associated services
      • SharePoint/SharePoint online and good understanding of ODB tenant level settings.
      • Strong level knowledge in troubleshooting Sharepoint and ODB desktop client issues and cloud sync issues.
      • Expert knowledge in Incident management, Service requests and ServiceNow.
      • Capability to help users and support teams to operate the OneDrive for Business services, cloud connectivity, and network infrastructures supporting an enterprise architecture.
    • Understanding of core IT infra setup: 
      • Understand PowerShell scripts for use in automating certain tasks
      • SharePoint OnPremise /SharePoint Online 
      • Storage: NAS/SAN/DAS
      • Active directory 
      • Wintel systems: Windows Server, Windows 7/10/11
      • Network: WIN/MAN/LAN topology, ICP/DMZ, Firewall
      • Knowledge of ITIL (service delivery)
  • Transversal & Behavioral

o   Mature, independent, well organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

o   Exposed to multi-cultural environment and able to work as part of a Global team.
